Just record everything you eat and drink for 3 days. Also record how much of it you ate. Then email it to me along with your height, weight, age, and all the phsical activity you did during those three days. I will assess your caloric needs based on height, weight, age, and activity level. Then I can count the calories you took in each day and see if you were over, or under your estimated needs. Over would cause weight gain, and under would cause weight loss. I can also pin point the foods you ate that contributed to the most calories.
